What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time for each item varies. Last updated: 09/25/2021

Cold Cups, Hot Cups, Mystery Boxes, Gift Sets and Tumblers have a turnaround time of: 28 business day (Not including weekends or holidays)

Ready to Ship cups have a turnaround time of: 10-12 business days

Straw Toppers & Coasters have a turnaround time of: 14 business days (Not including weekends or holidays)

Phone grips have a turnaround time of: 14 business days (Not including weekends or holidays)

Orders are completed in the order they are paid for and received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please wait the full processing time before contacting the shop regarding your order status. 

We recommend downloading the shop app to track your package. 

In order to determine when your order will ship, refer to your order date and the Turnaround timeframe above.  

Do you offer rush shipping?

How to Care for your items:

-Hand wash only
-Do not scrub vinyl designs
-Do not soak or submerge cup
-Do not microwave or leave in extreme hot conditions

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me within 48 hours if you have any problems with your order. Restocking fee may apply.  

Do you accept cancelations, changes or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations. Once an order is placed, there can be no changes and it is final. We do not send mock up versions of cup items. Please review your entire order before purchasing. This includes address changes. Please review your order information before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse service. There is a restocking fee of $4 for straw toppers and $10 for cold cups in then event the item is accepted. All tumblers are final sale and will not be restocked or refunded for any reason. Please purchase insurance on your packages.
